3. Trade Cancellation Policy

Full Reversal: If you cancel your trade order during the initial verification phase (before procurement from manufacturers), you are eligible for 100% credit or refund.

3.2 Logistics & Transit Phase

Restocking Credits: Once goods are in transit or specialized procurement has occurred, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus actual logistics costs incurred.

3.3 Delivered Merchandise

Fixed Settlement: Delivered wholesale merchandise is non-refundable unless material defects are documented within 24 hours of arrival at the dealer's warehouse.

5. Refund Process

Non-Recoverable Expenses: Third-party licenses, hosting setup, domain purchases, etc.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Emergency Situations

In case of genuine emergencies (medical, financial hardship, force majeure events), Dealer Bhai may consider special accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services, cancellations can be made at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of prepaid subscription periods.

8.3 Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support services are non-refundable once the service period begins. However, unused portions may be credited toward future services.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through the following steps:
